Our Expertise
Our team consists of highly skilled mechanical engineers from the commercial marine and steam industries as well as heritage steam. We have a full machine shop, consisting of multiple lathes and mills, slotters and horizontal boring machines. We have a highly skilled welding team with our own procedure's and coding's covering pipe and plate in all position's and materials as well as a mechanical engineering fitting team. We have all your mechanical need's covered.

Welding
We offer coded welding with our own procedure's in the following;
TIG -6G steel, 6G stainless steel, 6G dissimilar, 3G C107 copper
Stick - 6G steel, 5F steel, J prep steel
We are approved by Zurich, Lloyds, BES, DNV, ABS to name a few.
We are also happy to carry out new procedure's and coding's where required.
Machining
We have a fully fledged machine shop that specialises in repair work of existing equipment as well as one off's. We have a range of lathe's and mills, as well as slotting machines and a horizontal boring machine. We can cater to almost any requirement and are happy to assist wherever we can.
Mechanical Engineering
We have over 45 years of marine engineering experience as well as 40 years of maintenance engineering experience to call on. Whether it's diesel engine overhauls, generators, servicing, repairs or even replacement's we have you covered.

From emergency repairs to month's long installation, we carry out a wide variety of mechanical engineering.
